We don't/want ride if the temp. at 8:00 AM is below 40 degrees. Saturday Morning Leisure Pace Ride: This is a ride hosted by a great Friend of mine Phil Loveless. These rides are planned for folks who want to ride at a leisurely pace of 10 to 12 miles per hour. Each ride will be laid out to be about 30 to 40 miles with a point that someone can return and shorten the ride to 20 miles or so. Rides will leave promptly at 10 AM in the cooler months and 9 AM when it gets warmer. There will be no ride if it is raining or the high temperature is not expected to be above 50. Thursday morning MTB ride at Lake Russell. We begin at 8:00AM from the Nancy Town Parking Lot. Please call and confirm ride on Wednesdays before. The number to call is 706-894-2453 or send an e-mail by Tuesday of the week in order to be sure to get an accurate response. Friday Moderate Ride: 8:00 AM at Habersham Bicycles. Come ride with Joe Elam the owner of Habersham Bicycles for a great way to get rid of mid week stress. We ride 20-35 miles depending on groups desire. This is a moderate paced ride and is usually toped with an ascend up Baldwin mountain via old 441.
