WINTER SPIN CLASS 

 

 

 

Winter Spin Class will begin again on November 4.  Come join us as we work through the Chris Carmichael Train Right DVD series.  This will be the only opportunity some of us will have not to be dropped by the racers.  It is a great time, we meet at the bike shop every Tuesday to begin at 6:00.

 

Please bring your own water/sports drink, a mat to keep the floor clean and a towel for afterwards.  It is a chance for some intense training during the winter without being on a trainer all by your lonesome.
